Sending your QCC Brain into the Factory for ServiceRegardless of your Quilter's Cruise Control® brain model...if you're having a problem, we can fix it! The engineer who invented it, designed it, and fabricated it is still working in our Service Dept. As a matter of fact, he owns the company!! He wears many hats, but loves the opportunity to help folks get back up and quilting with their Quilter's Cruise Control! He can fix anything associated with the products we manufacture. Please download/print/complete the 2-page Service Ticket and send it along with the QCC Brain to be serviced/repaired. Typical turnaround time (standard processing once received in the factory) is 7-12 business days. |
